If you're looking for the perfect place for a lit brunch that actual adults go to this is the perfect place. Live dj, great vibes, and quality food they do everything right here. They have a mimosa package earlier in the day which is a great deal ($50 entree, 90 min bottomless, pastry) if you're looking to have some libations along with your meal. This definitely is a breath of fresh air given the surrounding area vibes and always nice to support a minority owned business. Hoping to come back in soon

Purely based on the food, the meatballs and the crab dip were amazing and perfectly seasoned. I could eat them all day. The scallops were perfectly cooked as well. The salad; however, was really lackluster. The service was really slow, maybe people called out cause there were literally only 2 people on the floor. But nonetheless, try out their meatballs and crab dip.

The Duplex was a lot of fun and had great music. We went there for Sunday brunch and they had a DJ playing. We got the chicken donut and duplex burrito. The chicken with the glazed donut was fantastic and the chicken had great seasoning. The service was fast and we overall had a great experience.

It was my first time trying this restaurant. it's located in what I consider to be somewhat of a hipster area. The inside was clean and the decor although minimum, was nice. The menu options were great and so was the pricing. Our waiter was Michael. He was very personable and professional. We got a free shot to start and we didn't have to wait too long for our orders. The DJ was great. From the moment we walked in he kept the music flowing and the energy was Upbeat. I would definitely recommend this place and try it again the next time I'm in Chicago.

The chocolate cake and the mini burgers (Asian I think) are the best!! The bartender is awesome I can't think of his name but he moved here from TX. Bigger space with accommodations for small groups, large, date night all of it. Patio seating as well. The wings were okay, and I loved the decor.

Food: the food was amazing! We decided to order the prefix menu (one appetizer, two main courses and one dessert with two cocktails). It was about $75 per person after the service fee and tip. I got the baked fish with this creamy sauce as my main course. We ordered the tomato bread for the app and a whipped cheesecake for the dessert. 10/10 Service: we made a reservation, which I would highly recommend since it did fill up during dinner time pretty quickly. The service was good, however, there were times after finishing our cocktails, our server forgot to check on us. It wasn't a huge deal since it was happy hour (daily from 5 to 6:30 pm) so the cocktails were cheaper and with a lot of people coming in-it was probably overwhelming the bartender. 7/10 Ambiance: the inside was very pretty. It was a mix of industrial and botanical. The bathrooms were clean and the tables were cleared and very clean too. The mood lighting was pretty. This restaurant is a nice place for first dates or just catching up with friends! The music was a little loud, but it was tasteful music.9/10 Overall: 26/30 - a wonderful restaurant for good food with a unique menu and an amazing happy hour.
